Coffee Subscription Contract

Thank you for subscribing to our coffee delivery service. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the terms outlined below. These terms help us manage roasting, packaging, and scheduling so we can deliver fresh coffee on time.
1. Subscription Overview
By signing up, you agree to receive recurring coffee deliveries every month. Your subscription will renew automatically until cancelled.
2. Billing
- Your nominated payment method will be charged automatically before each delivery cycle.
- If a payment fails, we will notify you by email. If the payment is not updated within 3 days, your delivery may be paused.
3. Delivery
- Deliveries occur on the schedule selected at checkout.
- Delivery is done via Australia Post, and parcels usually arrive within 1 to 3 business days.
- We deliver nationwide.
- If you need to change your delivery address or frequency, you can do so through your account or by contacting our team.
4. Changes & Cancellations
We roast and prepare orders in advance, so we require notice before making changes.
To cancel, pause, or modify your subscription, you must notify us at least 14 days (2 weeks) before your next scheduled delivery date.
Any cancellations or changes made after this cut-off will apply to the following delivery cycle.
5. Refunds
- Subscription payments are generally non-refundable once the order has been processed.
- If your coffee arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours so we can assist.
6. Updating Your Information
You are responsible for keeping your billing, delivery address, and account information up to date. Any delivery issues caused by outdated information may result in additional fees or delays.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate subscriptions that violate these terms or in cases of repeated failed payments.
